This version pairs a cookie with buttery goodness, a bit of sweetness and the perfect combination of crunch and softness with a filling of apricot preserves baked into the cookie thumbprint. It is topped with a generous cinnamon icing drizzle for a delicious flavor boost. These sophisticated little treats are sold on a pre-order basis year round. With 12 bite sized treats in each reusable window package, there is plenty to share if you so desire.
